Multi-functional integrated printing: realize color, white ink emboss texture and gloss varnish printing in one pass, no secondary processing needed to cut labor cost; optional high gap printing function for thick substrates.

High precision stable transmission system: magnetic levitation linear motor X-axis + double Japan THK silent guide rails, matched precision servo double-screw Y-axis and trapezoidal screw Z-axis, XYZ three axes run smoothly without offset for long-hour continuous printing, max resolution up to 1800DPI.

 Heavy-duty all-in-one steel frame with quenching finish, high structural strength, long-term operation no deformation, greatly extend machine service life.

Complete anti-clogging & stable ink supply system: industrial negative pressure ink supply, intelligent constant temperature ink pipeline, timed ink stirring + automatic cleaning, US medical-grade filter device to reduce nozzle blockage frequency in mass production.

Full safety protection: large vacuum adsorption platform fixes flat panels firmly; independent nozzle anti-collision auto-detection device will pause machine immediately to protect expensive printheads when detecting obstacles.

Supplementary universal option: Visual positioning system can be optionally installed on all our UV printer models, for automatic workpiece positioning to improve production efficiency and printing alignment accuracy.
