Segmented honeycomb high-negative-pressure adsorption platform (carton exclusive design): Honeycomb vacuum table with independent partition control, separate negative pressure vortex fans for feeding edge and printing zone, firmly fix thick corrugated cardboard (1.0–6.0mm thickness) without sliding or warping during high-speed printing, solve carton material bending offset common in ordinary printing machines.
Dual independent servo transmission + PLC full automatic control system: Front feeding section and printing unit are equipped with separate servo drive motors, matched PLC program automatic control, stable synchronous conveying for long carton sheets, avoid material skew in long-run continuous production.
