Adopts integrated high-rigidity piezoelectric actuator, uniform ink droplet ejection, zero offset, low missing dot rate. Long-term high-speed operation without attenuation of printing accuracy, meeting industrial continuous production standards.
Full series compatible with standard UV ink, rigid/soft/neutral UV ink, UV varnish, water-based ink and special industrial ink. Support high-viscosity ink printing, suitable for flat color printing, emboss texture printing and glossy varnish overlay printing.
Ultra-high jetting frequency, support high-speed assembly line printing, applicable to carton packaging, label roll material, textile and large-format industrial board batch production, greatly improving factory daily output.
The upgraded RC circulating model realizes full-channel real-time ink circulation, avoiding ink deposition and nozzle blockage during standby and continuous operation. Built-in water cooling system stabilizes working temperature, solves printing color difference and distortion caused by high temperature, greatly reducing manual maintenance frequency.
