Ricoh Gen6 is the upgraded flagship industrial piezoelectric printhead independently developed for high-efficiency mass production and high-definition fine printing. Optimized based on previous generation structure, it greatly improves jetting frequency, droplet control precision and ink channel compatibility. Two mainstream configurations are available: MH5320 dual-color channel and MH5340 four-color channel, meeting different color layout demands of equipment manufacturers.
Adopting 4-level grayscale variable droplet technology, it balances high production speed and delicate color restoration, widely matched with UV flatbed printers, roll-to-roll conveyor printers, carton single-pass printing equipment and decorative panel printing lines. Supports adjustable ink droplet output from 5pl to 30pl, four grayscale gradient control. It solves the common defect of rough pattern and obvious color banding of fixed-droplet printheads, reaching high-end photo-level printing effect.

MH5320 version adopts dual-color channel layout, suitable for two-color mixed equipment, white+color integrated printing; MH5340 four-color channel supports CMYK simultaneous output, convenient for multi-color integrated printing equipment design. Independent isolated ink pipelines avoid color cross-contamination and maintain pure color output.
Wide Universal Ink Compatibility
Compatible with rigid UV ink, soft UV ink, neutral UV ink, UV varnish, eco-solvent ink and water-based pigment ink. The optimized internal ink channel structure adapts to ink viscosity range of 10-12 mPa•s, applicable to rigid acrylic, metal, glass, flexible leather, film, paper packaging and other diversified substrates.

Max jetting frequency up to 50kHz, under the same 600DPI resolution, printing pass can be reduced from 8pass to 4pass, cutting printing time in half without losing definition. Reinforced Anti-Corrosion Nozzle Structure & Stable Long-Term Operation
Integrated metal diaphragm piezoelectric actuator and corrosion-resistant nozzle plate, effectively resist ink corrosion and particle abrasion. Uniform ink droplet ejection angle, low missing dot rate during long-hour continuous printing. Built-in constant temperature heating module stabilizes ink viscosity within working temperature range, avoiding printing color difference caused by temperature fluctuation.
