Product Detailed Content (New Independent Structure)
UV ink is the core consumable determining printing adhesion, hardness, flexibility and finished durability. Different substrates must match corresponding UV ink types to avoid cracking, peeling, scratching and poor adhesion. We provide three professional ink formulas: Rigid UV Ink, Flexible UV Ink, Neutral UV Ink, precisely matched according to customer's actual products, no waste, no wrong matching.
Rigid UV Ink (Hard Ink) — For Hard & Non-Bending Materials
Core Features: High hardness after LED-UV curing, strong compression resistance, excellent scratch resistance and waterproof performance, stable ink layer, not easy to fade. The ink layer is hard and crisp, suitable for rigid substrates that do not need bending or folding. Not suitable for soft and bendable materials (easy to crack and peel after bending).
Recommended Applicable Substrates: Glass, ceramic tile, metal, aluminum alloy, hard acrylic, rigid plastic board, wood board, density board, stone, rigid signage, rigid crafts, rigid packaging panels.
Best Application Scenarios: Decorative hard board printing, hardware logo printing, ceramic & glass decoration customization, outdoor rigid signage, high scratch-resistance required products.
Flexible UV Ink (Soft Ink) — For Soft & Bendable Materials
Core Features: Super high toughness and stretchability after curing, the ink layer can follow the material bending, twisting and rolling without cracking or peeling. Soft and elastic surface, no hard edges. Not recommended for hard materials (easy to be scratched and leave marks).
Recommended Applicable Substrates: PVC soft film, PET film, car sticker, light box cloth, flexible banner, leather, TPU, soft rubber, canvas, wall cloth, all bendable and foldable soft media.
Best Application Scenarios: Outdoor advertising flexible materials, wearable leather products, soft packaging film, rolling materials, products requiring frequent bending and extrusion.
Neutral UV Ink (Universal Ink) — For Mixed Hard & Soft Daily Materials
Core Features: Balanced performance between rigid ink and flexible ink. Moderate hardness and certain flexibility, good adhesion on most common printing materials. It solves the trouble of frequent ink replacement for mixed orders, universal and cost-effective, stable color and low failure rate.
Recommended Applicable Substrates: Ordinary acrylic, plastic sheet, mobile phone case materials, semi-rigid packaging boxes, mixed rigid and semi-soft crafts, daily customized gift products.
Best Application Scenarios: Small batch mixed orders, custom gift workshops, retail personalized printing, multi-material mixed production, factories that need universal ink to reduce replacement cost.
