Step 1: Open the software Adobe Photoshop CS4.

Step 2: Locate [File (F)] in the upper-left corner, left-click, then right-click and select Open (O), find the image you need to print, select it, and double-click with the left mouse button.

Step 3: After the image is opened, locate [Image (I)] in the upper-left corner, left-click, select Mode and then choose [CMYK Color (C)], then select [8 Bits/Channel (A)] below.

Step 4: Image Rotation: Locate [Image (I)] in the upper-left corner, left-click, and select [Image Rotation (G)]. (Note: Omit this step if no rotation is needed).

Step 5: Image Scaling: Locate [Image (I)] in the upper-left corner, left-click, select [Image Size (I)] and left-click, a small window will pop up. Check the boxes in the lower-left corner for (Scale Styles) and (Constrain Proportions), modify the desired width and height under Document Size, then click OK.

Step 6: White Base Coloring: Locate the fourth tool (Magic Wand) in the toolbar below the upper-left corner, left-click, move the cursor to click on the area within the image that needs a white base, left-click, drag to the desired position, and release the mouse button. If there is a misalignment between the printed image and the material, fine-tune it in the upper-left corner (Select > Modify, use Expand to adjust the image). After adjusting, proceed to copy or create a new white channel.

Step 7: Image Saving: After completing the image, left-click on [File (F)] in the upper-left corner, then left-click on [Save As (A)] to save the image. Choose the TIFF format for saving.

Step 8: Open (Productionserver10), click to open the saved location, find the image prepared in PS, select the task image and double-click with the left mouse button. A small window will appear; under Advanced Settings, check Preserve Solid Colors and confirm. Then, click on the Color Table, find Spot Color 1 and check it. Double-click on Spot Color 1, then under (Color Mode), select DeviceWhite for the white base coloring and confirm. Select the task image to be printed and press Ctrl+P to print the task.

Step 9: Open the control software for the specific model (e.g., GH220 Y-axis belt, etc.). Left-click on Task Selection in the upper-left corner, locate the storage location of the printed image, Refresh/Re-preview, and double-click with the left mouse button to start the print job.
